Prime Care services range from 1/2 hour visits, up to what ever period of time we require to support and maintain your independence and lifestyle. They work on a system of continuous improvement. This means they are always looking for ways to make our services better in order to meet the expectations of our clients. Their holistic approach recognises the individuality of each person, their life history, preferences and abilities. Reflecting this, the support plan we will create with you, will focus as much on your choice of lifestyle as it will on your personal care and support. Prime Care also supports people that are already caring for a loved one, providing the person with an opportunity to have time for themselves. Their aim at Prime Care is to make the introduction of personal home care as seamless and as efficient as possible, enabling us to live confidently and comfortably in our own home for many years to come.
