POSLeader started in 2004 as a software and hardware reseller in the hospitality industry focusing on POS software that was easy to use and easy to train. Our merchant base expanded to 38 states by the end of 2015. Along the way, we invested in other technologies and ideas that would aid our merchant base and give us a more solid footing for the future. Today, in 2019, we are operating with the same standards we began with and still provide services for customers who started with us before 2008. As our merchants evolved from being SMBs to larger multi-location concepts we adapted our services to tailor to their needs, and we learned a great deal also. We learned that our way of servicing merchants was unique and sought after. We set out to train others in our industry, and we had some successes and some failures as all businesses do.
