PMJ Consulting assists organizations to create strategies and structures focused on equity, inclusion and social justice. Through organizational assessments, talent development, and diversity and inclusion strategic planning, PMJ Consulting guides organizations to meet measurable and realistic outcomes. About PMJ Consulting: PMJ Consulting is led by Dr. Emily Prieto (she/her) and Dr. Joshua Moon-Johnson (he/him); collectively they have over 35 years of experience in diversity, equity, and social justice work in multiple fields. Their dynamic experience includes expertise broadly affecting many identities, but with a specific focus on race, ethnicity, LGBTQ+ identities, women, and undocumented/DACA communities. Dr. Prieto and Dr. Moon-Johnson first met in 2007 as they served at Northern Illinois University where they both were directors in the Diversity & Equity Community of Practice. They have since co-taught courses, conducted international research, and have regularly presented and published together over the last 12 years.
