We empower the learner and then use a "Train the Trainer" technique to empower the company. We also provide extensive reporting on the candidate's English skills so that you will know how to best position the candidate in your company. To challenge the status quo of English language testing and to empower the test-taker. One way we strive to achieve this is to make all English language test-takers more relaxed during their test-taking experience, thereby improving the chances that the test outcome will be successful. We provide testing online, 24/7, to anyone with an internet connection. PELMO also encourages participants to relax during the test and provides the opportunity to choose which questions to answer. If there appears to be a disparity in a participant's scores, he or she is contacted to repeat the test, at no charge. Complete accuracy in evaluating the participants' English language proficiency is the promise that PELMO makes to companies and post-secondary institutions around the world.
