PCM Consulting, A Cumming Company, is a privately held project and cost management consulting firm formed in 1998. Originally, we focused on providing project management, procurement support, scheduling, and cost control consulting services to the microelectronic and biopharmaceutical industries. In 2001, we began diversifying our business by taking on greater project management and project control work throughout our two main industries. PCM Consulting then created two new divisions supporting financial and insurance institutions’ real estate transaction work, along with government-funded projects. In July of 2023, PCM Consulting merged with Cumming Group, a renowned industry leader in project and cost management.
