We are a Not-for-profit New York State Article 28 Diagnostic & Treatment Center. At ParCare Community Health Network, we’re proud to be a multi-specialty center dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across 4 locations offering various specialties. Our offerings include Primary Care, Urgent Care, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Rehabilitation (OT, PT, Speech Therapy), Podiatry, OBGYN, Pain Management, Lyme Disease Care, Optometry, and medication management for psychotropic medications.
