In 1996 he thought about change of chair for that he thought of starting his own company. Pace Pharma was formed on 1st December 2001 by Mr.Ajay Agarwal who was later joined by his younger brother Mr.Sanjay Agarwal who is working shoulder to shoulder along with Mr.Ajay Agarwal. They have together come a long way in making Pace Pharma a respectable name in the Pharma industry.In doing so they have overcome a lot of challenges on the way and always come out winners every time.
