P2G LLP is a Social Enterprise Limited Partnership. 10% of all trading profits are distributed to the public good. P2G was founded by Bruce Dalgleish and Russell Manley who, collectively, have 35 years of PFI experience in senior positions on over 150 deals, including deals in the Education, Health, Defence, Waste, and Energy sectors P2G specialise in advising the public sector on PFI and PPP contracts. After many years working for the private sector, the partners are dedicated to delivering savings for the public sector using their in-depth knowledge of the structure of PFI deals and the areas in which savings can be most effectively made.
