It’s usually best to keep it simple. The ice cream flavours are sourced from nature – from local flavours matured in the Midnight Sun to flavours sourced from exotic foreign locations – and we do everything ourselves. With great passion. We flavour our ice creams using eight basic flavours. Ancient or modern classics: spruce, milk, rhubarb, dark chocolate accompanied by liquorice, pistachio, chocolate and vanilla. Our products do not contain artificial colouring, sweetening or flavouring. Every ingredient we use is of the highest quality possible.
