Outlets at San Clemente, located in Orange County, will encompass over 500,000 square feet of upscale retail showcasing its magnificent location. Phase I, over 325,000 square feet on 52 acres, will include more than 70 retail stores of top national brands, and more than a dozen restaurants ranging from quaint eateries to fine dining options. The site spans the entire distance of two off-ramps along the I-5 freeway from Avenida Vista Hermosa to Avenida Pico.
