Origin of Energy Health Coaching is in the business of helping individuals and businesses create healthy, positive and resilient workplaces through holistic health and wellbeing training centred around the 4 Pillars of Health: Mindset (building resilience), Movement (physical exercise), Nutrition (eat well), and Sleep.
I work with under-pressure women that need to balance their job in the SME or corporate business space with a family or hectic lifestyle. Women often feel under more pressure in the workplace, particularly in male-dominated environments. The additional responsibilities during the COVID-19 pandemic piles on even more pressure.
