Her Bergen County-based company, includes residential organization and decluttering, paper and filing management, pre/post move services and home staging. Prior to founding OWL, Lisa worked with children and families in the New Jersey public school system. She also held management positions at Charles Schwab and Macy*s. For 10 years, Lisa served as a volunteer chairperson of the FARE (formerly FAAN) Food Allergy walk and raised over $1 million for research and education. Lisa is fully insured, a member of NAPO (The National Association of Productivity & Organizing) and holds a BS in fashion design from the University of Rhode Island.
