As the business grew, order volume increased and took valuable time away from focusing on business growth and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Building a brand community, sourcing product, managing customers and a team, and shipping orders are all important aspects for a successful ecommerce business. Looking back, we realized how much our business could have benefited from an expert in fulfillment and order management. We find ourselves often thinking: How many other small businesses are also feeling this same way and how can we be a resource to free up your time? This is why we started Orderly.
