Optimum Business Consultants is a Management Consultancy company that originated in the UK in 2009 as part of the Optimum Group of Companies established in 1994. In 2013, the business was restructured to incorporate a branch in the Seychelles and a branch in the UAE. Our aim is to help businesses reach their full potential through a variety of means depending on the nature of the problems they face. We offer assistance to improve performance, primarily through the analysis of existing business problems (both internal and external), development of plans for improvement and sourcing were possible the requisite solutions. Clients utilise our services for a variety of reasons, including our external objective advice, access to our specialised expertise across numerous fields and utilising us for our unique network of contacts to facilitate B2B or B2C transactions that have otherwise proved impossible or outside their reach. We offer facilitation of non-executive directors to companies for periods of time after the initial analysis to provide on-going coaching, support and guidance if the client determines it to be required. Our services focus on our client’s critical issues and opportunities: strategy, marketing, organisation, operations, acquisitions assistance and negotiation strategy, technology advice and expansions (new start-ups, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions).
