One Bite is an architecture-based multidisciplinary design company dedicated to creating positive impact through design. Headquartered in Hong Kong with an office in Singapore, our community of architects, designers, community outreach managers and event managers, strives to bridge the gaps between space, place and our society by constantly exploring the synergies among our stakeholders. Our agile team composition, leading role in the local co-creation scene and the pursuit in forward-thinking innovations with research support are One Bite’s signature. Placemaking is in our DNA and we believe in the co-creative process with our partners and users for the new urban vision. We generate inventive solutions with quick wins, active engagement and workshop facilitation.
Using an user-centric approach, our works, grounded in architecture, urban, culture and social creatives, are articulated with the touch of human sensitivity. We work as three teams, focusing on different goals – onebite DESIGN as initiator, onebite RESEARCH as detective, onebite SOCIAL as advocates. onebite DESIGN takes a proactive approach in co-creating design solutions with organizations and clients for positive impact. onebite SOCIAL advocates on catalytic community-building through social creative design, It has been promoting the better utilization of vacant ground floor spaces in Hong Kong for community co-creation by the Project House initiative for over 4 years. onebite RESEARCH is the detective behind all projects in the office, lately launched the placemaking knowledge-sharing platform called GUTS, to gather global experience and movements for the locals who are interested. In 2021, onebite ATTIC will be launched as onebite’s conversational think tank for innovation.
