Our financial solution is a collaborative supply chain finance product that relies on the collaboration between suppliers and customers. It is offered to suppliers and subcontractors, with the support of participating customers and buyers.
How we do it
With OmniPay, we pay suppliers and subcontractors 85% of the value of their invoice within 1 business day of their customer approving the OmniPay request. The remaining 15% (less fee) is paid to the supplier when the customer pays us for the invoice.
There is no change to existing payment terms or costs, and no joining, administration or management fees.
OmniPay is completely optional and suppliers can choose which, if any, of their approved invoices they want paid early.
We want to ensure that everyone benefits from OmniPay, so we reward customers with an incentive of 0.25-0.50% of any invoice financed. This incentive is payable when customers pay within the originally agreed payment term, rewarding customers for participating and encouraging them to pay on time, keeping the fee down for the suppliers.
