Founded in 1986, Omar Moujaes Architect is a full service Architectural, Engineering, and Interior Design firm providing award winning design services, and contracting to commercial, residential, and institutional clients throughout the Gulf, MENA region, and the UK. Capabilities of the firm include design, space planning and architectural design, structural and services engineering, and interior design to include furnishing, fitting out, and material selection, in addition to interior turnkey contracts, design and build services, cost control, and sourcing of materials. Previous experience includes large scale mixed use complexes, housing developments, major corporate and private development projects as well as a multitude of Residential, Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, Institutional and Retail commissions. OMA has been involved in the Design and Construction of over 75 state of the art luxury private residences throughout the Gulf, Lebanon, France and the UK, ranging from upscale penthouses to palatial estates, in a multitude of Architectural styles, and has, since 2009, established a solid presence in London, UK, working on several residential conversions for private Clients.
