Om Home is about finding and making space. It’s about slowing down and being present… becoming more mindful. It’s about replacing old, ineffective habits with positive, new routines. If you’re “not flexible,” that’s a great place to start. If you lack the patience to meditate, I invite you to learn in a safe and nurturing environment where it’s okay to laugh, cry, or curse as you find your way down the path on your unique journey.
