Oldham Consulting was formed to bring together a small group of dedicated industry practitioners with a strong background in operations and technology who have a passion for delivering change programs.
The core team all come from strong and long Operations and Technology backgrounds within Financial Services, which they have combined with program and project training to deliver successful outcomes to clients.
The team have worked together in various organisations (custodians, asset managers and asset owners) and projects over the past 10 years, bringing both significant specialist knowledge and experience, as well as very strong team cohesion. This end to end knowledge embodied within an established team we feel gives Oldham Consulting a real differentiating strength in delivering transition and change programs and assisting clients in navigating change with their custodians and outsource providers.
The team have proven capability and experience in delivering on boarding, offboarding, new product and operating model changes, and transition oversight across full service clients (Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Custody, Fund Accounting / Unit Pricing, Performance, Compliance).
