Old Emanuel Rugby Football Club

Established over 100 years ago, Old Emanuel Rugby is a rugby club at the heart of the community. With over 1,000 members, we cater for ALL genders and age groups with the following teams: - 2 Senior Men’s teams - 1 Senior Women’s team - 400-strong Minis and Youth rugby 'Lions' section (Under 5-18) - U11, 13 and 18 girls teams - Touch rugby - Vets ‘PortScullers’ team We are an exemplary RFU-accredited Community Club, gaining the RFU’s Seal of Approval and Club Mark accreditation. OERFC’s community status has been recognized by Surrey RFU in awarding the club 'Community Development Club of the Year' 5 times in the last decade and, in 2019, our former treasurer Matthew Hearsum was named 'Club Volunteer of the Year' at the National Rugby Awards. Through our ethos ‘Our Community, Our Passion, One Club’, we pride ourselves in promoting rugby in our local community and encourage/support rugby participation in all aspects and teams in a safe and enjoyable environment.
