For 3 full days, Tampa’s downtown Curtis Hixon Park is transformed into the city’s largest, waterfront beer garden! Soak in the sprawling downtown views and beautiful sunsets, as the park buzzes with traditional Schuplatt dancing. Alphorn performances and keg tappings throughout the weekend!
Enjoy live music and traditional Schuplatt dancers, a delicious assortment of German and Bavarian foods, and a wide variety of German beers.
Watch or participate in a wide range of custom-crafted Oktoberfest Games to win fun prizes and bragging rights. Oktoberfest Games will include challenges such as Barrell rolling, Stein Hoisting, Brat Tossing, Carry the Wench and much more. A separate Corn Hole game field with competition will be set up over the weekend, as well as a kids friendly play zone with fun entertainment!
Oktoberfest Tampa will offer a wide variety of Oktoberfest beers to appease any seasoned beer drinker's’ palate. Pils, Hefeweizens, dunkels, and Oktoberfest brews will all be available throughout the festival.
Just like last year, entrance to the event is free for men and women of the Armed Forces (active or retired). Just show your proper ID at the entry gate.
