The Oil Screen separator element is designed to remove grease, oil and other liquid contaminants generated by cooking processes with a very high degree of efficiency packaged in a device with the shape of a simple 2-inch filter. The Oil Screen separator, however, is not simple. It consists of pairs of specially designed profiles precisely mounted in a retainer frame to generate a reaction that forces even the finest particles generated by cooking processes out of the air stream. This process is protected by international patents.
