From rental housing to homeownership, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) helps Ohio's low- to moderate-income homebuyers, renters, senior citizens, veterans and others obtain quality, affordable housing that meets their needs. OHFA's programs also assist developers and property managers of affordable housing throughout the state. OHFA is a self-supporting quasi-public agency governed by an 11-member board and uses federal and state resources to provide affordable housing opportunities.
