Ogun State Property & Investment Corporation (OPIC) is a corporation focused on the residential and commercial real estate sectors in Ogun state and its environs. OPIC was established by Edict 10 of 1984 laws of Ogun state, Nigeria and is empowered to develop, construct and manage residential and commercial developments not only in Ogun State, but in other parts of Nigeria. As a result of our expertise and strong funding relationships, we have built a diverse portfolio of urban developments in both the residential and commercial sectors through the sale of serviced plots and development in choice locations. Our development pipeline of finished, current and upcoming development vary across locations between Lagos and Ogun State and boast of world class standards. Our mandate is to expand the frontiers of our great state.
