Ofori & Associates, REO is a subsidiary of Ofori & Associates, PC, which is an accounting and financial information management company based out of Washington, DC. Ofori & Associates, REO is the newest asset management company selected by the U.S. Departmeng of Housing and Urban Development to sell and market its inventory of foreclosed properties. Ofori & Associates manages four contract areas of HUD properties: 1A, 2A, 2P and 3P. These contract areas consist of 25 states including PR and the USVI. The four contract areas of the REO division of Ofori & Associates are primarily managed out of an office located in Atlanta, GA and Hartford, CT.
