Offshore Hydrocarbon Mapping Ltd (OHM) is a provider of remote electromagnetic sensing services designed to detect the presence of offshore oil and gas. Evaluating sub-sea bed hydrocarbon reservoirs by marine electromagnetic geophysical surveying. Accurately surveying the rocks beneath the seabed can tell us if they hold oil or gas reserves. Anomalies in electrical resistivity, which may suggest the presence of hydrocarbons, can be located and measured using controlled source electromagnetic (CSEM) techniques.
