Owners David, an American entrepreneurship professor at the American University of Beirut and University of California Irvine, and Valerie, a Lebanese Archaeologist with a family-business background, annually embark on an “Odyssey” (calling at such ports as Istanbul, Lebanon, Athens & Marrakech to name a few) to find, curate and import the finest and most celebrated traditional artisanal crafts from the Mediterranean basin. The result is Odyssey Imports, a fabulous kaleidoscope of color, culture and crafts, where you will find the most unique and eclectic Jewelry, Home Decor & Lighting, All-Natural Body Care, Hand-Woven Accessories and other authentic Curiosities and fascinating Gifts. All the adventure and the thrill would not be the same without our mission, to source all our products from local artisan families, social enterprises and not-for-profits, working with and giving back to the local communities in every country we source from!
