Ocean Innovations is a private company specialising in training & development, management & business consulting and coaching & mentorship services. We are accredited by various Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETA) to conduct ongoing training and development to help ensure there is a pipeline of adequate skills required to tackle issues of high unemployment linked to the skills mismatch and shortage currently being faced by the society and employers. We currently offer services across various sectors including Agriculture, Banking, Services, Media-ICT, Energy and Water. We offer our clients over 100 different soft skills courses that are delivered both as workshops and can be accessed through e-learning. These courses are designed to enable and empower anyone who aims to possess the necessary skills required to thrive in almost any work environment. These courses range from Administrative Skills, Human Resources bundle, Supervisors and Managers bundle, Workplace Essentials bundle, and many more. Our coaching and mentorship arm of the company is run by professional, experienced and accredited coaches and mentors. Our team of coaches and mentors have extensive experience across both public and private industries.
