Oakland Hebrew Day School

OHDS is a Modern Orthodox Jewish day school for Bridge K through 8th grade, warmly welcoming families from across the diverse Bay Area Jewish community. We are committed to providing a Jewish educational home regardless of need. Our immersive curriculum and integrative approach to Judaic and general studies prepares our students for achievement in secondary school and beyond. We foster students’ moral, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual development as well as a strong sense of Jewish identity. We embrace the State of Israel and inspire in our students a connection to Israel and its people, as well as a sense of responsibility for their welfare.
