OSMAC commenced operations in April 2013 to give the host employer and apprentice a fair go. We truly understand industry needs and are committed to keeping the cost of hiring an apprentice or trainee at the most competitive rate on the market. Our goal is to recruit and support young people throughout their apprenticeship or traineeship, whilst making the process as simple as possible for our employers.
To achieve a higher level of care we assign 2 apprentice care managers to each employee. This ensures our apprentices can focus on their work and learning while our team takes care of everything else. We are one of the few GTO's who have always paid on the Modern Award plus the college fees in advance because we understand the financial difficulties associated with the cost of living.
