Hands-on consulting firm specialized in Supply Chain and Retail. Our recommendation is always grounded on data analysis. Our clients are usually major companies, often leaders in their markets, for consulting services related to online and offline products and services. As proof of our high quality, we are usually hired through successive consulting jobs. For the past three years, 90% of our contracts led to repeated jobs. We assist our clients, both on upstream issues: diagnosis of underperformance, the definition of strategic principles; and downstream, i.e. hands-on and action-oriented: implementation of actions, problems solving, monitoring.
