Industrial lining and coating services for a wide range of industries. Rubber lining materials include natural rubber, chlorobutyle, neoprene, nitrile, Tribon®, EPDM rubber and bromobutyl. Semi-hard, soft natural and chemical cured linings are also used. Linings can be bonded to steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, cast iron and phenolic materials. Applications include pipes, tanks, fittings, rolls, elbows, tees, clamps and wear pads. Services also include precision CNC machining, structural steel repairs and ASME code welding services. Horizontal and vertical milling, drilling, boring, turning, internal and external threading, tapping, thread milling, internal forming, knurling, gear hobbing, broaching, counterboring, countersinking, pocketing, profiling, reaming, splining, parting/cutting and facing services are available.
