OBE Power is the owner and operator of an integrated ecosystem of electric vehicle services for site hosts, EV drivers and related stakeholders. The Company’s platform provides an owner operated “Electric Vehicle Charging as a Service” (EVCaaS) business model at no cost to Host Customers, while providing conveniently located charging locations thatpromote the distributed Live/Work/Play/Learn sustainable lifestyle to their retail customers. Ultimately, the company is building a virtual distributed power plant based on EV batteries and charging assets. The company has developed a unique software solution set for Host Properties, and Charge Port Operators (CPO’s), with software under development to allow for cross platform integration, fleet operations and Vehicle to Grid (V2G) connectivity.
