The Nourmand family has acquired and developed properties in Los Angeles since 1972. By 1976, Stephan Nourmand founded Nourmand and Associates and quickly expanded his residential real estate business from an office of only 5 agents to the 3 burgeoning offices operating today, comprised of more than 125 agents.
