Northumberland County Collection Service Inc. (NCCSI) is a licensed third-party Collection Agency operating in Cobourg, Ontario since 1967. NCCSI offers a variety of services including Debt Recovery, Skip Tracing, Consulting and Legal References, should that need arise. The agency reports delinquent accounts to both Transunion and Equafax, the two largest Credit Reporting agencies in North America. With affiliates across Canada, they have the ability to collect regionally and nationally. In 2006, under new ownership, NCCSI modernized its approach. The new owners brought an additional 30 years of collection experience to the business and strengthened its team with knowledgeable and experienced employees. In recent years NCCSI has grown significantly. The agency acquired Pro Provincial Credit & Collections of Peterborough, Ontario in 2010 and Netback Recovery Systems of Whitby, Ontatrio in 2012. NCCSI has become the ideal partner for debt recovery in Eastern Ontario with their extensive local database.
