The NIM Directors have previously acted for global investors on the delivery of large and complex UK real estate regeneration, development, and investment transactions. These proven capabilities are enhanced by close ties to an external network of specialist and strategic advisors that have previously supported the NIM Directors in multiple transactions across the United Kingdom and Europe. NIM provides intelligent real estate investment solutions for the private sector. NIM’s expertise and network provides off market and innovative deal and product origination, project/transaction support, funding opportunities, legal analysis, risk mitigation, asset management and exit execution.
