North Dakota United is the state's largest union of public educators and employees, representing over 11,000 teachers, education support professionals, city, county and state workers, higher education faculty and staff, aspiring educators, and retirees. Our organization advocates for quality public education and great public services for every citizen in our state, competitive wages and benefits for our workers, collective bargaining, academic freedom, and tenure rights.
