Pak matsenter AS was established in 1982, with its own organization no. The purpose was to be able to offer the Muslim community in Norway halal meat. The company started with a home office, but soon moved into Jens Bjelkesgt.43 on Tøyen. The space quickly became too small, and when the premises on the corner of Tøyengata/Jens Bjelkesgt.41 became vacant, we moved there in 1991, where we are still based. We are proud to be one of the companies that still has the same organization number as when we started. We were the first store in Norway to be halal certified by the Islamic Council of Norway. Our main products are: lamb - beef - chicken - and turkey. In order to adapt to the wishes and habits of the new generation, we also carry a large selection of halal certified finished products such as: hamburger, sausages, salami, pepperoni, roast beef. kebabs etc. In addition to our shop sales, we deliver goods to nurseries, schools, hospitals, embassies and associations.
