Nissin Precision Machines was established in 1957, and its original business was manufacturing precision molds for motor cores. Our craftsmen at that time "polished" the mold parts and finished them with high precision. This "polishing technology" was also utilized in the manufacture of reflector molds, and laid the foundation for our resin molding. This technology and our desire to contribute to the society to improve the global environment are the starting point for our production of biodegradable plastics. Under the supervision of Mr. Michio Komatsu, one of the world leaders in injection molding technology for biodegradable plastics, the company began selling and manufacturing biodegradable plastic products using raw materials derived from biomass, mainly polylactic acid (PLA). We aim to manufacture products in accordance with the circular economy model. Nissin Precision Machines also has been striving to create products that meet customer needs for more than half a century through the products such as precision molds, press processing, reflector molds and press processing, and Nissin CNC 3D free-form pipe benders.
