NewWerktheater is a historical daylight theatre rejuvenated into Amsterdam’s destination for all things creativity. It’s a full-service events venue too, as well as housing one of the city’s most sought after café-restaurants. Imagine a labyrinth of spaces, from a photo studio to workshop spaces, original theatre foyers turned into presentation stages – the NewWerktheater is a home for it all. All accessible on foot, by bicycle, car, or even boat. With our in-house kitchen headed by chef Sandra van der Heijde, our menu offers killer brunches and lush lunches, or drop by on a Friday night for the week’s for-one-night-only dinner menu.
