New York Opera Exchange

We aim to create performance opportunities with orchestra for young emerging artists on the cusp of professional breakthrough. We strive to make opera accessible for the diverse New York population, creating a supportive environment for both our artists and our audience. New York Opera Exchange places its focus on complete preparation of standard repertoire: music, dramatics and language. We produce relevent, full operatic productions without corrupting the integrity of the original score. We strive to create a quality theatrical experience through utilizing the talents of theatre directors, dramaturgs and designers.
