We operate two plants in the United Kingdom: - bagel manufacturing in Rotherham, South Yorkshire - viennoiserie (laminated pastry) manufacturing in Maidstone, Kent Our corporate offices are in West Drayton, by Heathrow Airport. In May 2014 New York Bakery Company was integrated into and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Grupo Bimbo, the largest baking company in the world.
