New Jersey Referral Agents

We are a holding company for New Jersey Real Estate Licensees who are not actively selling Real Estate. Our company is growing fast because our fee, split, and service is beyond compare. We make everything as simple as possible for agents across New Jersey. If you give us a call you see, first hand, how different our service is. We don't believe in GIMMICKS. We (the owners) have been in the Real Estate Business for a combined 55 years and we believe that it's time to start putting the agent's need before a company's profits. If you have another job to make ends meet and can't afford the MLS, NAR, NJAR and Board dues to remain in a full service company.......we're here to help. You don't have to change your Real Estate License Type to "Referral Agent" in order to join our company. The only difference will be that "salesperson" licensees will still have to complete their Continued Education courses every 2 years to renew their licenses. Referral Agent license types are exempt from that requirement. If you are currently in a Referral Company and the dues are higher and the split is lower, but you thought you had to go there because it was attached to the full service company you worked for...........NO SO. You could be with New Jersey Referral Agents, choose who you give your referrals to (any agent, any company of your choice) and pay less fees and get a better split. Do your research. And remember, when you call.....the service you get from that first phone call says alot!
