Neon Cycle + Strength is a community driven boutique cycle and strength studio designed to meet the needs of every fitness level, from beginner to elite athlete. We offer a variety of cycle and strength classes to help you reach your specific fitness goal. Whether you want to focus on weight loss, cardiovascular strength or overall improved fitness our flexible class schedule means there's a class for you when you’re ready to work out. We offer changing areas with lockers, showers, complimentary towels and environmentally conscious water filling stations. After you’re done with your class, visit our delicious smoothie bar for a fresh and nutritious way to refuel. We know that getting the time to yourself to work out is not always easy, so we offer an in-house childcare facility for the tiniest members of the Neon Cycle + Strength family.
