Located in a stunning 1902 heritage building in the heart of the historic downtown district, the Nelson Museum, Archives & Gallery celebrates the creativity, the history, and the vibe that is Nelson, BC. Two art galleries, the Shawn Lamb Archives, local history museum, and gift shop offer something for everyone to enjoy. The Nelson Museum is one of only two organizations in Canada to house a permanent installation of Jaime Black’s The REDress Project, and also features one of the few Cold War Bunkers open to the public.
