Navigating Geoscience Careers Training & Coaching

The energy sector is at the epicentre of unprecedented problems. The shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources, the redistribution of energy supplies, the war in Ukraine, global warming, and its dire environmental implications are among the most frequently discussed. Sustainability, low-carbon energy, digitalization, and job stability have perhaps never been more prevalent. Geoscientists need to develop new abilities and practises to navigate this unanticipated environment and contribute to the resolution of such daunting societal concerns.
