Most Entrepreneurs we have spoken with constantly talk about putting fires out all the time and feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Most business owners are not Business Graduates but more likely Industry professionals that through sheer blood and tears have managed to build a company. Yet as their businesses grow most of them seem to hit a roof that they cannot break through, where the complexity of managing the day to day becomes an all consuming monster that derails growth plans.
