NatureX RMS is developing a parametric insurtech platform to enable (re) insurers to underwrite products for the $154B Nature-based-Solutions market with a Parametric-as-a-Service platform that uses nature data and models from satellite data, ground sensors, climate data, and emerging nature technologies to create a pricing index, calculate premiums, monitor policies, and distribute payouts. The company is launching two pilots with insurance companies in regenerative agriculture transition risk and wildfire risk.
