National Young Professional Committee

We are a non-profit organization established in May 2018 under supervision of the Ministry of Oil and Gas, Sultanate of Oman. The committee was officially launched on 18th of Oct 2018 under the patronage of H.E. Eng. Salim Al Aufi, Undersecretary of Ministry of Oil and Gas. The committee is currently consisting of 20 members at which 7 out of that number are presidents and heads of different sections. The committee will represent the youth generations aged between 25 and 35 years and aims to be a platform to host different talents in energy aspects. Vision: The NYP is aiming to champion new ideas that will lead the change, bridging the gap between generations and building a realistic picture of petroleum industry incorporated with challenges and opportunities. Mision: It is a platform for dialogue about current energy challenges and future energy aspiration. We are hosting events delivered by the talents of industry students and young professionals and leaders guided by our core values. Values: Our core values in NYP are the leadership as a moving-forward cornerstone, Excellence as a base of quality deliverables and diversity as a host of different forms of energy aspects.
