For almost 20 years, Naked has been led and run by people who love big ideas but not the big ad agency b.s. that traditionally goes with it. We’re small, nimble and uniquely talented by design. We make our own rules. We believe advertising is a solution, just not always the solution. We don’t have silos or departments and we don't push agendas or ideas that don't fit your business. We don’t believe in radio silence and then big reveals. We keep you in the loop as we create. And what about Naked as a place to work and grow? To really fit in with us, you need to love the following: doing original and creative work; collaborating with talented, smart and wonderfully weird people across a spectrum of disciplines; wearing different hats (both figuratively and sometimes literally); listening to curated playlists; sipping carefully crafted cocktails; and eating delicious, homemade food (and a lot of it).
